While residents of The Sun Avenue are upset about the Management Board's unilateral decision to increase parking fees without consulting the apartment building's general meeting, a representative from the Infrastructure Department of Binh Trung Ward stated that the unit has submitted a proposal to the Standing Committee of the Ward People's Committee to consider not recognizing the decisions and voting results of the apartment building's general meeting held on December 20 and 21, 2025.
